WHAT TIME?

We generally offer cooked breakfasts

• between 7.30 and 9.00 weekdays
• between 8.00 and 9.30 at weekends

To allow us to prepare the freshest meal, please let us know what time you'd like to eat the night before!

 WHAT IS FOR BEAKFAST?

Start of by telling us what kind of tea you would like or how strong you'd like your freshly brewed coffee.  Do you prefer de-caffienated tea/coffee, or herbals?

Then help yourself to fruit, cereals, fruit juice or yogurt.  Maybe have a fresh bowl of large-flaked porage cooked just for you.

We'll be grilling thick cheshire bacon and local butchers sausage for you, and we'll serve them with our own fresh 'very open range' hen eggs (fried, poached, boiled, scrambled, one egg or two?), garnished with mushrooms and tomatoes.   Finish off with honey from our hives or homemade jams and marmalade on toast.

NEED TO GET OFF EARLY ?

We're happy to provide an alternate breakfast for guests needing to be 'on the road' particularly early.  

VEGETARIAN, DAIRY or GLUTEN-FREE?

We pride ourselves on meeting most dietary needs. Vegetarian? Gluten or dairy free? If you've not let us know when making your reservation, then please help us meet your needs by telling us early the evening before.

SOMETHING DIFFERENT?

Let us know the night before, and your main breakfast course can be shredded smoked salmon with scrambled egg on toast; or kippers. You can always opt for a bacon and egg sandwich if you wish.

PREFER DUCK EGGS?

If you preferea yolk, then you will love our khaki campbell duck eggs! Richer and somehow 'egg-ier' than hen eggs.
