Our rooms are ample, warm and comfortable. High quality beds and luxurious bedding will ensure that you have a good night's sleep - and our peaceful position will assist you to slumber.  All of the B&B rooms look out over our fields and gardens.  Enjoy watching the squirrels collecting nuts, the horses grazing in the paddock and a wide variety of birds (wrens, various tits, robins, sparrows, nut hatches, starlings, blackbirds, pigeons, spotted & green woodpeckers, patridges, pheasants, crows, hawks and buzzards).

All the rooms are centrally heated and equipped with digital TV, radio alarm, kettle and hair-drier.  A courtesy tray of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits and filtered water is provided. Ironing facilities and refridgeration on request. WIFI can be picked up in all rooms.   

Guests needing to be on the road particularly early are provided with a cold/continental breakfast, but most guests prefer our traditional English breakfast (from 0730 weekdays and 0830 weekends) is served on Wedgwood in a comfortable dining room warmed in the winter by a log burning stove. We serve local bacon & sausages and our own hen & duck eggs, honey & jams.
